I’ll Eat You Up I Love You So (Nursery for a Friend)

wild things nurseryRemember when I was talking about all of the exciting things that are happening? Well, one of them is to assist a friend decorate her nursery. (Again, we. are. not. expecting. any. bear. cubs.) To ready myself for this little project, I thought I would do a test run decorating an imaginery nursery. This is what I came up with.

I saw some art based upon beloved childrens’ books on Pinterest, an idea I will most definitely be using whenever we do have children, so I went with that idea to theme this room…. “I’ll eat you up I love you so.”  Wild Things!

Where are the wild things? They’re in this nursery. I’m so over the pastels everywhere. Pops of fuchsia, artwork and a globe inspired from Where the Wild Things Are, and animal print make an otherwise drab nursery come to life… just like Max’s imagination. Now, let the wild rumpus start!
