This was super easy, super fast, and super yummy! Isn’t that what we all want in a meal? Who has the damn time, right? Check it!
– Sautee some red peppers, cut into strips, garlic, and scallions.
– Then I added in a packet of the Philadelphia cream cheese cooking cream.(You can use regular cream cheese too. Pop it in blender with just a liiiiiiiittle milk for the same results.)
– Boil the pasta noodles, strain, and mix in with red pepper and cream sauce and you’re done!
SO SIMPLE. SO GOOD.
